Non-Cardiac Thoracic and General Surgeon opening in GA _x000D_ _x000D_ - Located in Thomasville, GA; Tallahassee, 35m_x000D_ - Full-time, permanent position_x000D_ _x000D_ Facility is growing their well-established surgical practice by adding a BC/BE Thoracic (non-cardiac) Surgeon. The six surgeons and medical staff at facility take great pride in providing patients with innovative and compassionate surgical care, with a special focus on minimally invasive treatment options._x000D_ _x000D_ Position Details:_x000D_ - Elective Thoracic Practice_x000D_ - Minimally Invasive experience required_x000D_ - 1:6 Call shared with General Surgery_x000D_ - Must be willing to take general surgery call including emergency and trauma - Level Three Trauma Center_x000D_ - Intuitive Surgical ION Platform and navi bronch with 3 full-time pulmonologists and a Lung Nodule clinic and coordinator_x000D_ - Full oncology center with Emory-Winship Cancer center partnership and availability of Cesium Mesh_x000D_ - Three daVinci Xi Robotic Surgery units with block time_x000D_ - Teaching / Co-surgeon console for Xi Robotic units_x000D_ - Experienced General /Thoracic Surgeon mentor with several hundred robotic thoracic cases_x000D_ - Dedicated PA for office and OR_x000D_ _x000D_ About the area: _x000D_ Thomasville, Georgia, is a picturesque city nestled in the heart of southwest Georgia's historic plantation country.
