**Plastic Surgery job opening - Memphis, TN** *Serves as Medical Director of Germantown, TN cosmetic surgery practice* **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent position - Performs: patient consultation and post-op visits, cosmetic surgeries (no reconstructive surgeries), all surgeries in-office under IV-sedation (no general anesthesia) - 100% patient self-pay (no insurance) - Four (4) days per week; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursdays - No on-call hours/weekends - Leads clinical staff - Assists with managing office staff - Assists with surgeon and practice marketing - Provides feedback to improve operations of clinic **Requirements** - Board-certified Plastic Surgeon - >5 years experience - Must be able to obtain hospital privileges **Compensation** - Base: 210K - 10% of net revenues for surgical procedures that Physician performs on patients - 2% of net revenues for services that Physician oversees in his role as Medical Director, but does not personally perform on Employers patients. (e.g. hair restoration) - $1,000 bonus for every month in which the surgeon performs $100,000; $1,500 for every month in which the surgeon performs $120,000; and $2,000 bonus for every month in which the surgeon performs $140,000 in surgeries per month - Target Compensation: Approx 400K **Benefits** - Health Insurance Currently with United Health with $300 per month contribution from employer - Vacation 3 weeks (15 days) per calendar year + public and company holidays - CME One (1) week (5 days) of Continuing Medical Education per year plus $2,000 for related expenses incl. travel and seminar fees. - 401(k) - Currently with John Hancock with up to 4% Employercontribution. - Medical Malpractice - Coverage provided by employer of $1,000,000 per incident / $3,000,000 annual aggregate. - Liability Insurance - If Employer implements an equity participation or similar program Physician shall be entitled to participate in a manner consistent with other similarly situated employees.
