Locum-to-Perm – Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Plastic Surgery Opening
Clinical Role:

- Coverage Dates:
- May 28 - June 9, June 29 - July 7, October 28 - November 3, December 31st onward at this time
- Plastics/Burn and Wound Care
- 24 hr. on call shit with 12 hrs. on site and 12 hrs. on call
- Plastics provider sees Burns outpatient clinics twice a week
- Patients Seen: Varies based on hospital census
- Support Staff: RN, Nurses Aide, Manager are available for burns, wound clinic which is what the plastics providers utilizes
- Level II trauma facility
- Wound dressing, grafting, wound care, debridement etc. are the basic procedures that all our current providers do as part of their assignment
- Board Certified – Required
- Active IN License
- DEA and CSP – Required
