Neurosurgery - Central Washington

Position Overview:

We are seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon to join our team in Central Washington. This position offers a great work-life balance.

Highlights:

  • Join two existing surgeons and four experienced APPs.
  • Full-time position.
  • Call equally shared among surgeons.
  • General bread and butter, cranial, spine and trauma cases
  • First-year salary is guaranteed.
  • Established busy practice with experienced APPs and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $815,580 to $881,708.
  • First-year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
  • Additional bonus prior to start.
  • Up to $20,000 relocation expenses covered, including packing.
