Practice Highlights
- Spine (Philly market); initial base compensation (3-year term) $725K - $825K for BE/BC fellowship-trained spine surgeon beginning a career with additional productivity incentive (w/RVU) and inclusive of medical directorship (build/lead spine program)
- Dual-trained Open/Endo Vascular (Atlantic City and/or Philly market); initial base comp (3-year term) $600K - $700K for BE/BC fellowship-trained vascular neurosurgeon beginning career with additional productivity incentive (w/RVU)
- Functional (Atlantic City and/or Philly market); initial base comp (3-year term) $600K - $700K for BE/BC fellowship-trained functional neurosurgeons beginning careers with additional productivity incentive (w/RVU); medical directorship opportunity (stereotactic and functional) with additional stipend.
