A highly acclaimed Health System in Western Massachusetts that has been recognized as one of the top 100 in the country is adding a Neurosurgeon.

The Opportunity

• The ideal candidate should have expertise in both spine and intracranial work.á
• Pediatric experience is not required.
• Collaboration with other specialties, including Neurology, Pain Management, Rehabilitation, General Surgery, and Trauma.
• Balance of OR, inpatient, and outpatient time.
• State-of-the-art Neuronavigation for spine and intracranial tumors.
• 302-bed community teaching hospital and Trauma Center
• Teaching Affiliate with UMASS Medical School, and UNE Osteopathic Medical School
• Hospital-employed position with an attractive compensation and benefits package, including 6 weeks of vacation and 10 days additional of CME, and a $4500 allowance for CME activity.
• Relocation/Sign-on bonus
