- VP shunt, Skull base surgery, Spinal surgery with instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Spinal surgery w/o instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Endovascular procedures & Placement of ICP monitors

Requirements:
• Active AR license
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• Case Logs (last 2 yrs)
