General Surgeon Opportunity
Saint Francis, a Level III Trauma Center serving a patient population of 720,000, is seeking General Surgeons to join our esteemed Medical Partners and take over an established referral base.

- Endocrine Surgery

- Surgical Oncology
- Vascular Access Surgery
- $615K base salary or greater for the first two years, transitioning to pure productivity starting in year three
- APP monthly collaboration stipend
- $50,000 signing bonus or a monthly stipend option for residents
- Up to $15,000 relocation allowance
- Student loan repayment assistance, PSLF qualifying site

Requirements:
Medical Partners uphold the highest standards of professional excellence and are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery (Trauma Fellowship preferred)
- Missouri physician license or ability to obtain upon credentialing
- Active Missouri DEA registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing
- BLS certification or ability to obtain upon credentialing
Responsibilities:
- Call coverage: 1:5 at one hospital
- Flexible Clinic/OR schedule
- Clinic attached to the hospital
- Access to two da Vinci Xi® robotic systems
- Dedicated surgical team with first assistants and OR rooms
- 24/7 support from Trauma APPs
- Strong Hospitalist and Intensivist teams with a 20-bed open floor ICU
- EMR: EPIC
