General Surgery Locum Tenens 24 call coverage. Seeking coverage for May and June dates with possible ongoing need. New providers need come in a day before first shift or morning of first shift for orientation.

Procedures Required: Appendectomy, strangulated hernias, cholecystectomy, I&Ds, procedures that will be emergencies

No response to codes & no back up to ER.

Call Coverage needed:

May 2 (11am) to May 5 (11am)

May 9 (11am) to May 12 (11am)

May 23 (11am to May 26 (11am)

June 6 (11am) to June 9 (11am)

June 20 (11am) to June 23 (11am)

EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

• NC license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified-Surgery
• BLS, ACLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
