The medical group is currently seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a busy adult cardiac surgery practice in the Louisville/Southern Indiana metro area. The surgeon will handle a high-volume caseload at two reputable hospitals, performing coronary, valve, re-operative, and aortic surgeries. With over 1,000 cardiac cases annually, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding surgical practice. 7+ weeks of time off per year and up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives available.

EPIC (Gold Star 9 level)- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations. Retirement savings plans - 401K and 457(b). Complimentary Professional Student Loan Debt Repayment Advising. surgeons have access to five operating rooms and one dedicated hybrid operating room.
