Work Requirements

Practice Setting: Inpatient
Procedures:

• Trauma (adult)
• Appendectomy
• Cholecystectomy
• Hernioplasty
• Head/neck surgery (including thyroid)
• Chest wall/pleural procedures
• Breast surgery
• Plastic surgery
• Cranial Surgery (e.g. Synostosis)
• Facial surgery
• Maxillofacial reconstructive surgery
• Breast surgery
• Oncologic breast surgery
• Hand/wrist surgery
• Abdominoplasty
• Genitourinary reconstructive surgery
• Burn-related surgery
• Laser surgery

Licensure: Indiana state license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS required

Additional Information

EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30-60 days
Compensation: $3,000 per 24-hour call day
