UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is looking to add 1-2 Locum providers to the team for ongoing sporadic coverage. This is NOT a full time assignment.
Schedule:
- Need for clinic coverage (7a - 3:30p). Schedule will be mainly 24 hour call from 7a - 7a. Sporadic coverage only for 3-7 shifts per month
Job Description:
- Patient Population: 100% Adult
- Caseload: 100% Adult. Pediatric 0%. Neonatal 0%. Trauma 10%.
- Average # of Patients per day: 15
- Total Number of Beds: 300
- Is the Locum Physician required to supervise other healthcare providers?: NO
- Will other Vascular Surgeons be present during the Locum Physician coverage?: NO
- Vascular Lab Onsite: YES
- Number of Exam Rooms: 3
- Level III Trauma
- Describe office ancillary staff: Front office, 2 medical assistant, 1 mid level in the office, 2 mid levels at the hospital, 3 vascular techs in the office
- EMR System: EPIC
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
- BLS
- Active CO License or IMLC
- COVID Vaccinated
- Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC
- Clean Malpractice/Background
