URGENT need for Jan 3 @7a through Jan 5th for call then on going needs for call and some clinic.
Also need:
January 13th, 15th, 20th, 21st, 23rd, 27th, 29th and 30th
Will there be any acute care need? Yes
Is there trauma involved? If so, what level? Potential/ Not a trauma center
Call schedule
7a-7a
Expected amount of time in Hospital
2-4 hours per day of rounding, and remaining hours on-call with call-back obligations.
Patient Volume= 3-4 consults/10 pts. on rounds
Support Staff : Hosp. staff only
Will they be solo or have other surgeons on staff? Solo on call
Inpatient/Outpatient/Both: Inpatient
EMR system :Paragon

Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report was generated in an electronic health record.
Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back hours.
