SCHEDULE :
- (5) 24hr shifts per month with Weekend Requirements
- Feb 3-10
- April 21-28
- May 12-19
- June 2-9

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Reason for Coverage: Shortage
- Practice Setting: Hospital base / 4 hours clinical
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: based on patients coming into the ER.
- Trauma Level/Designation: III
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Number of Operating Rooms: 9
- Number of General Surgeons in Practice: 4
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

- Upper, Lower, Sigmoidoscopy & Colonoscopy
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified (ABOS, AOBOS) - REQUIRED
- Active VA license - REQUIRED (must be currently active, will not accept providers needing to obtain license)
- BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccinated - Preferred; must have by time of credentialing
- Clean background is highly preferred
- MUST STATE AVAILABILITY AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
