Redefine care delivery using the largest PCP network in Northeast Wisconsin. Build your practice within a new state of the art 230,000 sq. ft. dedicated orthopedic, spine, and pain care facility, including an orthopedic hospital opening Summer 2022. This is your opportunity to practice your specialty while building a new orthopedic program that will be an integral part of a primary care population health program.
Position details:
- Must be BC/BE Board in Orthopedics fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction/Arthroplasty (total hip and knee)
- Practice solely to Total hip and knee (no general)
- Large PCP referral network
- OSP brand new state of the art clinic, surgery center and Hospital.
- 2 other partners in Total joints; full service line of professionals.
- Referral source from our critical access ortho surgeons who only do non-complicated primary joints.
- Full dedicated joint APC (4) that support the joint practice
- 50% in clinic and 50 % in surgery (once established)
- Joints see anywhere from 32-45 pts/ day
- Traditional Hours Monday Friday; 36 contact hours are in the contract. Most of our surgeons all work 40 scheuled hours. Typically, 4.5 days per week
- Call Rotation: 1:5, at a level III trauma center
- Requirement: Adult Reconstructive 1 year Fellowship
- 35 days time off
- $4500/year CME
