Job Description :
- Acute care surgery with occasional Level 3 trauma (with transfer protocols) IP rounding, Trauma Call, Urgent surgeries.
Candidate Requirements :
- Active IN State License or IMLC.
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency).
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Certifications: BLS-AHA issued.
- Procedure logs (for the last 12 months)
