Requirements:

• Board Certified – required
• Must be available full time – required
• OR License – Highly Preferred
• NPDB Self query – required at time of submission
• CAQH login and password – required at time of offer
• Site requires 4 hours of unpaid EPIC training (Testing out is an option – 2 hours)
• OT is after 40 hours Work Week is Sunday – Saturday
• Lodging will be provided/coordinated by Bay Area
• Credentialing timeframe – minimum 60 days
