Mar: 7-10, 19-24, 28-April 1
April: 4-7, 11-14, 21-25, 28-May 2
May: 9-12, 19-23, 30-June 2
June: 6-10, 13-16, 20-24, 30 - Jul 4
July: 6-11, 13-15, 18-21, 25-28,
Aug: 1-4, 11-15, 22-25
Sept: 1-5, 12-15, 22-26
Oct: 6-10, 13-17, 24-27
Nov: 3-7, 14-17, 24-28
Dec: 5-8, 15-19, 23-26

JOB DETAILS:
Reason for Coverage: General Surgery coverage.
Practice Setting: 4 hours clinical time/ 24-hours coverage hospital.
Schedule: 3 to 4 consecutive days per coverage needed
Call Schedule: 7AM to 7AM
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 2-5
Trauma Level/Designation: no Designation
Number of Operating Rooms: 6
Number of General Surgeons in Practice: 1 surgeon at St Francis /// 9 surgeons at St Mary's
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

Procedures Required:
General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases TRAUMA
Laparoscopic Surgery: Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty

~Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Rental Car (standard economy), Hotel ($150/night), Flight (standard economy)

Rates: Please include 4hrs gratis in daily call rate

  • Board Certified in General Surgery - Required
  • Active VA license - Required
  • ACLS, BLS - Required
  • MUST NOTE AVAILABILITY AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
