SSM Health is searching for a talented and experienced Specialty Services physician leader to join our organization as Specialty Clinical Program Medical Director for our Greater Fond du Lac Market. This role is 40% administrative and 60% clinical, combining an impactful and highly visible leadership function with a condensed clinical practice schedule. With oversight responsibility for the Greater Fond du Lac market, you will play a key leadership role in Specialty Services strategy and realization of system initiatives. Medical Directors partner with Operation Leaders to monitor, manage, and improve the delivery of specialty services.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO
  • Active Unrestricted WI Medical License (or ability to obtain one)
  • BC in your specialty
  • 8+ years of experience as a practicing physician
  • 2+ years of experience as a physician leader
  • Active Unrestricted DEA
