Procedures and Cases:

• Required: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty
• Required: Nissen Fundoplication, Head/neck surgery
• Preferred: GI endoscopy, Ventilation management

Requirements:

• Board Certified in General Surgery
• Licensed in IN or eligible for IMLC
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
