We are looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon or Neurosurgeon to join our medical group full time or part time in Tallahassee, FL. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated surgeon with excellent clinical/technical skills to join our team in Tallahassee. We offer a wide range of procedures to include (based on specialty and training) MBB Injections, Epidural Injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Spinal Surgeries, Disc Replacement Surgeries, Laminectomies, Foraminotomies, Spinal Fusions (ACDF, Etc.), Microdiscectomies, Extremity Surgeries, Arthroscopy (Minimally Invasive Surgeries), Meniscus Repair/Removal, Ligament Repair (ACL/PCL), Cartilage Repair/Removal, Rotator Cuff Surgeries, Labral Tear Repairs (SLAP tears), Total Knee/Shoulder Replacement, Decompression Surgeries. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a surgeon looking for either part time or full-time work.

Duties:
  • Patient care and management- initial medical consults and patient follow up
  • Order Diagnostic labs/imaging
  • Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment
  • Recommend Medically Necessary Treatments based on Exam Findings and Diagnostic Tests
  • Procedures to include (based on specialty and training) MBB Injections, Epidural Injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Spinal Surgeries, Disc Replacement Surgeries, Laminectomies, Foraminotomies, Spinal Fusions (ACDF, Etc.), Microdiscectomies, Extremity Surgeries, Arthroscopy (Minimally Invasive Surgeries), Meniscus Repair/Removal, Ligament Repair (ACL/PCL), Cartilage Repair/Removal, Rotator Cuff Surgeries, Labral Tear Repairs (SLAP tears), Total Knee/Shoulder Replacement, Decompression Surgeries
  • Documentation - timely and accurate
  • Collaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
  • BCBE Orthopedic Surgeon/Spinal Surgeon, Orthopedic/Spine Surgeon, or Neurosurgeon
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the States of FL
  • Favorable malpractice history
  • DEA license
Schedule:
  • Full time or Part time
Compensation:
  • Paid per days in clinic and surgeries performed (also depending on part time or full time)
  • Expected compensation to potentially start at $400k-$500k (depending on specialty, background, and training) plus bonus potentials
