Compensation and Benefits: $385,000 - $425,000 plus sign-on and relocation bonuses negotiable. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Generous paid time off and CME allowances. Malpractice insurance coverage.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general surgical procedures, including but not limited to gastrointestinal, hernia, and soft tissue surgeries.
• Provide both elective and emergency surgical care to patients.
• Participate in a 1:4 call schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the education of medical staff and residents.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a General Surgery residency program.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid state medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
