General Surgery Program Medical Director opening in Kansas City Metro

About the role:
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced, Board-Certified General Surgeon to serve as Program Medical Director for our health system. A minimum of 5 years experience is required along with a proven track record of surgical leadership experience.
- Duties would be split between dedicated administrative time, leading, developing and implementing strategies (.20 FTE) and operating (.80FTE)
- Join our advanced surgical team of highly skilled surgeons, APP s, and MAGNET accredited nursing teams
- Helath group is a 200-member physician driven multi-specialty group
