Key Details of the Position:
Robotics: 2 daVinci XI robots available
Schedule: Flexible clinic/OR schedule averaging 2 days in the clinic and 3 in the OR, or a combination thereof
Clinic Procedures Include: Hemorrhoid banding, I&D, pilonidal cysts, lipoma removals
Team Collaboration: Work alongside hospitalist and intensivist teams
Additional Opportunities: GI screening and diagnostic endoscopy available
Current Team: Join a group of 3-4 general surgeons
Support Staff: Strong office support to maximize efficiency
Referral Base: Access to a robust employed primary care network

Additional Notes:
Experience: We prefer experienced candidates for the first hire, with the possibility of considering new grads for a second hire in '25 or '26.
Fellowships: We welcome applicants from all fellowships, particularly those in Vascular Surgery (VS) or Bariatric Surgery (BRS), as long as they are willing to take general surgery ER and practice call.
Call Schedule: 10 days of required ER call per month (1 in 3), with compensation for any additional days.
ASC Option: The incoming general surgeon will work from our Ambulatory Surgery Center, but there is no buy-in option available.
