LOCUM - Breast Surgery
Clinic M-F (8am-5pm). OR time will be fluid as it just depends on when an OR block opens up. There will be night call after clinic mostly. It is beeper call. Usually, they only get one call a day and may not even have to go in will just need to answer the call.
Locum is ONLY REQUIRED to do Oncology Breast Surgery and Mastectomy/lumpectomy, they ARE NOT REQUIRED to do:
• Not: reduction mammoplasty
• Not: Augmentation Mammoplasty
• Not: Mastopexy
We are looking for either a fellowship trained breast surgeon or a general surgeon with extensive breast experience. Should be able to perform lumpectomy, mastectomies including nipple, sparing mastectomy, participate in joint oncoplastic surgeries, sentinel note biopsy, and axillary dissection.
