Details/Requirements for Assignment #105466:
-- Active Indiana license required and active DEA
-- Board Certification in General Surgery required
-- Call and clinic coverage
-- Clinic is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
-- Weekend 24 hour call coverage
-- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
-- One week of call coverage during 2 week stretch
-- Ongoing coverage need, willing to take multiple providers
