Requirements:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA) – REQUIRED
• Oregon license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• Has ties to Oregon – i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point (note in Additional Submission Details) – REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as inpatient Orthopedic PA (not including training) – PREFERRED
