Island Health is actively seeking a full-time general surgeon to join its team in the vibrant coastal community of Anacortes, Washington. Our team anticipates the addition of a surgical robot within the next 12-18 months. We are looking for candidates with robot experience, proven quality outcomes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with referring physicians. - Compensation is between $466,975 and $582,078 per year
- $30k sign on bonus
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Island Health, a Level III trauma center and Level II stroke center, is a 43-bed facility in Anacortes, Washington with 170 board-certified physicians and providers.
