- Procedures: General Surgical Cases ADULT, General Surgical Cases TRAUMA, Central Line Insertion, PA Catheter Placement, Chest Tube Insertion, Vascular Access Devices, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty
- Certifications: BC, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, OH license
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
