- Providers Needed: 5
- 24-hour call mixed with clinic coverage dependent on sites needs
- Looking for 15 shifts per month for all 5 locum providers needed
- 24-hour call – 8a – 8a with clinic coverage in call shift
- Avg Callback: 1-4h
- Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, call Trauma Level III
- 15 Beds in Facility
- # of Admissions: 2
- Approx. 3-4 clinic shifts per week, lopped into the call shift
- # of hours with clinic: up to 8 hours per day dependent on the sites needs
- FTE: 1.5
- Required Procedures/Job Duties:
- ED consults
- Gen surgery floor and ICU consults
- Trauma call
- Cover gen surgery for transfers into our facility
- Outpatient clinic cases
- EMR: EPIC
- Reason for Coverage: Level III Trauma facility requires general surgery. We need clinic coverage as well during PTO for other surgeons
- Active CO License – Required or IMLC
- Board Certified – Required
- ATLS, DEA – Required
