  • Clinical Details:
    • Bread and Butter Open Heart Surgery
    • Both Clinic and Call
    • Will need to supply case logs to show 75 cases in the last 12 months
    • Typically 30 day credentialing, but they can prioritize according to start date
    • EMR: Athena (clinic), Allscripts (hospital)
    • Support Staff: APPs
  • Requirements:
    • Michigan Licensing Preferred (will accept IMLC)
    • Michigan Controlled Substance Registration
    • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
    • ACLS
