The Opportunity
• Enjoy practicing full scope General Surgery with C-Section coverage, scopes, and a diverse case mix.
• Work with dedicated APPs and clinical support staff allowing you to focus on quality patient care.
• Dedicated leadership provides quick decisions, no red tape and allows you the autonomy to practice how you want.
• Work/Life balance is a priority, with a 4.5-day work week, significant administrative support, and a collegial atmosphere.
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed S475K+ base salary plus production bonus.
• Tailored, six-figure recruitment incentives.
• Generous CME package and 8 weeks of PTO.
