Our client is looking for a Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon for coverage between October and January. There are several stretches of consecutive shifts available in Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan.

Job Details:

• Location: Petoskey, Michigan
• Duration: Several stretches of consecutive shifts between Oct-Jan, and possibly ongoing past January.
• Start Date: 10/20/2024 (first stretch of shifts)
• Shift: 24hr Call
• 100% hospital based.
• Provide on-call services, covering cath lab, emergency surgeries, inpatient consults/surgeries.
• Will carry a small patient panel of outpatients (if able) to follow and perform elective/emergent CTCVS surgeries.
• Support Staff: 1-3 APPs, dedicated RN.
• OR, radiology, and lab are all onsite.
• Highly competitive rate plus travel/lodging.

Qualifications:

• Michigan state license
• Board Certified
• DEA
