A healthcare facility in West Virginia is seeking a General Surgeon to provide inpatient coverage during specific dates in November, December, March, April, and June.
Practice Setting:
- We are the largest health system in the area
- Average volume of 6-12 patients per day
- Hospital staff available for support
- Charting: Epic
Schedule:
- 24-hour call during scheduled periods
Cases and Procedures:
- Full scope of general surgery, including upper and lower endoscopies
- Round daily on assigned patients
- Perform consults as needed
Requirements:
- Board-certified in General Surgery
- West Virginia medical license or Interstate Medical License
- 12 months of experience
- BLS and DEA certifications
