- Dates: August 26th-ongoing
- Schedule: Monday 8-5 Clinic; Tuesday - Surgery - Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule; Wednesday 8-5 Clinic; Thursday - Surgery - Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule, Friday 8-2 Clinic.
- 14 days a month and 10 days of call to also include seeing patients in the clinic
- Trauma Level: IV
- Bed count: 25
- Emergent: 7 days/week 24/7
- Call response time: 20 mins
- Average daily census: 15
- Average number GS patients per 24 hrs of call: 0-5
- Procedures: Abdominal, Endoscopy, Liver, Stomach, Gallbladders, Appendix, Colon, Laparoscopy, Spleen
- Certifications: BC, ACLS, ND DEA, IMLC
- Privileging lead time: 30 days. Temporary privileges are available.
- Prefer clean files.
