Our client is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join their 15-member Orthopedic team, which consists of 14 Ortho Surgeons and one Physiatrist. The organization has over 300 employed physicians, including a large Primary Care base, which results in a strong referral network. Enjoy a phenomenal practice environment where your position will provide a full range of Orthopedic care with a 1:6 weekend call, all within a short drive to Saint Louis, Missouri.
Competitive income guarantee plus a generous productivity-based compensation plan. Relocation allowance, paid malpractice, retirement programs, and CME allowance.. Shared weekend call 1:6 (all hospital based). Lucrative sign-on. 401k with match of 50% of the first 6% of your contributions. Fully vested after 3 years. PTO bank on day one .
