Wonderful General Surgeon Opportunity in Bethlehem and Barrow, GA.

We are seeking an experienced General Surgeon to join our growing surgical team in the Southern market, serving our Barrow and New Bethlehem locations. Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of general surgery procedures including bread and butter surgeries
• Collaborate with a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver comprehensive patient care, including rounding, clinic visits, and surgical assistance
• Demonstrate proficiency in laparoscopic surgery, with an interest in endoscopy and colonoscopy
• Contribute to the improvement of health in our local communities through compassionate and high-quality patient care
• Function effectively as part of a care delivery team, utilizing resources and skills efficiently
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to support the growth and development of the surgical team

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery
• Laparoscopic surgery training preferred
• Interest in endoscopy and colonoscopy
• Experience in wound care is a plus
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia
• At least 2 years of surgical experience
• Excellent clinical skills and a team-oriented mindset
