Local hospital looking for General Surgery – 24-hour call and up to 8 hr clinic coverage.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

· Beginning November 1st M-TH 24-hour call – (8a-8a) with up to 8 hrs. per day of clinic coverage depending on need.

Please disclose # of shifts and dates you can cover.

REQUIRED:

• Board Certified General Surgery.
• Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of Submission)
• Active ATLS & DEA.
• Must disclose # of shifts ongoing provider can present to the site.
• Clean Malpractice/Background - Highly Preferred

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
