A Michigan hospital is recruiting a General Surgeon to take over for an established patient panel. This is a bread-n-butter practice where you can CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE as long as it makes business sense and all patients are taken care of, plus NO WEEKENDS, NO CALL, and NO LATE NIGHTS. The ideal candidate is a BC/BE General Surgeon - practicing surgeons and new grads are encouraged to apply. THIS POSITION IS NOT COMMUTABLE FROM SUBURBAN DETROIT AND REQUIRES RELOCATION TO THE AREA.

- Salary is more than competitive and is based on MGMA for the Midwest
- Once your salary + all overhead related to surgery are covered, you keep a percentage (%) of revenue you bring in from there
- Medium patient volume = stay busy, but not overwhelmed
- NO CALL, NO LATE NIGHTS, and NO WEEKENDS
- MUST be comfortable working without robotics as this hospital does not have them
