*Location: Elko County

*Start Date: April 20; End Date: April 30 are set; Would like someone willing to take 7-10 days per month on an ongoing basis, but not required

*Setting: Hospital; Inpatient/Outpatient Surgery

*Coverage: Call Only (Beeper); 30 minute response

*Patient Volume for Call: 2-3 per 24 hour call; Phone Consults: 8-10 per 24 hour call

*Requirements:

• Board Eligible
• Active, unrestricted NV license
• Clean DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
• Clean NPDB (no recent payouts/cases)
• General Adult Surgical Skills required; Pediatric preferred

*This client is interested in a surgeon willing to work 7-10 per month - ongoing

*Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
