Burn and Wound Surgeon Opening in Dayton, OH Area Position Details

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Seeking a Burn and Wound Surgeon to join our team at the area's only level 1 trauma center and multidisciplinary adult burn center.
  • Burn unit has 10 mixed acuity beds (ICU or advanced care), an isolated ventilation system, special heat controls in each room and two specialized treatment rooms built to OR specifications.
  • Supported by a team of four advanced practice providers, the ideal candidate will have effective leadership skills and the desire to be mentored into a leadership role within the burn and wound department.
  • Burn: Wound Ratio - 4 wound consults to every burn consult

  • Job Requirements: - Burn fellowship trained - General Surgery Trauma trained in Burn Fellowship - Plastic Surgeon with Burn Fellowship - Board Certified/Board Eligible - American Trained, US Citizen or Permanent Resident Status
