This large southeast GA medical center is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon. The Medical Center is a licensed 700-bed, Level 1 Trauma Center providing the most advanced healthcare in the region. The Medical Center pioneered open-heart surgery in southeast Georgia and they continue to offer some of the most advanced surgical technology in the region. The incoming candidate will be able to perform cardiac, thoracic, and structural procedures. Robotics training a plus!
Qualified Candidates:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
About Opportunity:
- Robotics available
- Dedicated CV ICU
- ECMO, TAVR, TMVR, Open Hearts
- Hospital has 2 ECMO machines
- Dedicated ORs for open heart
- Dedicated cardiology team who are actively engaged in several clinical trials
