**Position Details**
- Practice Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position within a collaborative and highly respected Cardiovascular Surgery team
- Team Composition: Join a team of 10 surgeons across three regional hospitals
- Clinical Scope:
- Perform the full range of adult cardiac surgical cases with a focus on patient-centric, multidisciplinary care
- Expertise in LVAD implantation, patient selection, peri- and post-operative management, and long-term complication management required
- Collaboration: Work closely with advanced heart failure cardiology teams to achieve top decile outcomes and volume growth
- Academic Opportunities: Faculty appointment available through Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine based on interest and achievements
- Support: Knowledgeable practice management professionals to assist with operations
