Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton is in need of an additional Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our busy, multi-specialty group in Stockton, CA. The incoming CT would desire a more cardiac focused practice vs thoracic.

Compensation Range: $698,880 - $948,480 / Year

Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
Pay Range
$336.00 - $456.00 /hour
