Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgeon Locums Job in Texas | Ongoing Weekend Call Work

Jackson and Coker is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon for an ongoing weekend on-call position in central Texas. The facility requires coverage for 1-2 weekends per month, and the successful candidate will be responsible for 100% of the 24-hour on-call coverage during the weekend. Experience in the full spectrum of Cardiothoracic Surgery is required.

Dates of Coverage:
--December 27 @ 5pm - December 30 @ 7am
+ Also open to a January 2025 start if you are not available in 2024
+ Ongoing 1-2 weekends per month

Details/Requirements for Assignment #105395:
» Active Texas license or active IMLC required
» Board Certified or Board Eligible required
» Trauma Level II, 200+ bed hospital
» Facility Seeking 1-2 weekends per month
» 100% 24 hour Call
» Experience in full gamut of CT surgery required
» 1 Full-time CT Surgeon Available on staff
» 2 CT Advanced Practitioners on staff
» Ongoing Opportunity starts ASAP (Jan target start)
» EMR is EPIC

» Client requires no appointment or privileges denied, revoked, terminated
» Never had a license to practice denied, revoked, restricted or suspended
» Not under investigation related to clinical competence, ethics by any state licensing agency
