- October 3-4, resuming call on Saturday at 6pm
- October 26-30, resuming call on 10/31 at 7am
- December 4 – 10, resuming call on 12/11 at 7am
- Vacation coverage for solo surgeon supporting 100% coverage for Hospital
- 24-hour call
- Patient Volume: 5
- Support Staff: NP
- Board Certified CABG
