- Coverage dates needed:
- November- 25th, 26th, 27th, and 29th
- December- 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th, 30th, 31st
- 2 Providers Requested
- Weekday call is 7a-7a, weekend is Fri 5p-Mon 7am
- We have evening call covered so if there is candidate who wants day only 7-5, that is an option too
- Provider will be credentialed at 3 sites
- Must be willing to cover weekend call which entails concurrent coverage at 3 sites
- It is the expectation for locums to hold TAVR privileges
