Due to demand and the growth of the community, there is an exceptional opportunity for an energetic, newly trained, and team-oriented Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join this established practice in southern Georgia. This is a full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position with a salary guarantee period and excellent earning potential based on productivity. The facility includes two dedicated heart ORs with a dedicated heart OR team, one endovascular hybrid suite, and dedicated APPs.
Hospital Employee, Traditional. Assigned Call with 1:3 Call Ratio. EPIC in use for EMR. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. Excellent support and mentorship. Enjoy a broad range of cases. No competition in the community. The group runs structural heart program (TAVR, TMVR & Mitra Clip), and aortic surveillance clinics. The most comprehensive health system serving south Georgia and north Florida. Strong base salary, productivity bonus program, stipend opportunity for residents/fellows, student loan assistance, health insurance, malpractice insurance, 401k with matching, CME time with financial support, relocation assistance, sign on bonus and more. Enjoy a short scenic drive to the pristine beaches of Florida's Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.. Excellent referral from the network of physicians. 4.5 days per week (half day admin).
