- CA licensed, CA Fluoroscopy license, CA DEA, clean medical malpractice history.
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic, Cardiovascular or Thoracic Surgery.
- Will need to fill 2 surgery positions, one primary surgeon (Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic surgery) and one back up surgeon (Cardiovascular, Cardiothoracic, or Thoracic surgery).
