Our practice and Cardiovascular Associates is seeking a dynamic Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its team of specialists. The hospital is supported by New Mexico Cardiac Care, a well-established cardiology program. Together, these practices, affiliated with A Regional Medical Center, make up the largest, single practice group for Southwest, aim to have a combined shock program, with anticipation of ECMO in the future.

Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in minimally invasive cardiac surgery including valve and/or coronary surgery.

Significant experience to provide operative, preoperative, and critical care diagnosis, treatment, and procedures for patients requiring coronary artery bypass grafting, cardiac valve repair and replacement, ECMO, and aortic procedures including complex aneurysms and dissections.

  • Preferred TAVR trained or have keen interest in minimally invasive structural heart disease procedures.
